The following hazards exist near the landing zone:

  • Buildings and event structures (marquee, cottage, barn)

  • Fences and posts

  • Power line to the northwest of the helipad

  • Vehicles and temporary equipment during events

Guests will be in the following Zones: Cottage precinct, within the fenced area, Ceremony Zone, Post Ceremony Zone and Reception Zone. No persons, unless authorised by the helicopter pilot will be in any other zone.

  • Guests will be briefed to remain in these zones during operations

  • Alpacas may be present but will be secured well away from the helipad

6. Surface & Environmental Conditions

  • Grass surface may be soft following rain

  • Coastal conditions may cause gusts, wind shear, or salt air exposure

  • Sun glare possible, though unlikely, during late afternoon approaches
