We've thought through the logistics so you don’t have to — with elegant spaces, thoughtful amenities, and a service team working quietly behind the scenes to bring everything together, under the guidance of your wedding coordinator. For couples who want to build on this foundation with their own personal style, we offer flexibility to choose the additional elements that bring your vision to life.
The following items are not usually part of the standard hire — but can easily be added or arranged through us or through our recommended vendors:
On-the-Day Wedding Coordinator: While previously part of our package, we now allow choice of wedding coordinator from our recommended vendor list. He/she will work with our complimentary Songbird Service Team to ensure your day flows smoothly.
Extra stay in the Songbird Cottage (perfect for a bath under the stars and a romantic wind-down after the wedding: (valued at $750 per day/night to hire, one day/night is available at no charge)
Chiller trailer to suit your needs, bookable through Songbird Retreat
Full table setting (often offered by caterers), styling, and florals
Beverages, bar staff (often offered by caterers), or external caterers
Shuttle transport or guest transfers
