That’s exactly why we’ve reimagined our mid-sized Just Right Wedding Package—designed for celebrations with 50-80 guests, on a few select dates between October 2025 to April 2026. It’s the same stunning garden venue, but at a significantly reduced priceof our larger weddings. Read below to learn more!

One day hire of the Songbird Retreat Wedding Venue grounds from 10am to 8pm (additional hours when availability)
Guests to attend from 2pm and all depart at 8pm
Celebration arch, plinths, signing table and chair
Marquee, chairs and tables, PA system, toilets
BYO drinks
Wedding Planning Portal with recommended vendors, ideas and guidance
Catering and decor, bar, chiller trailer, tableware to be sourced and supplied by the couple.
Optional upgrades available: on-the-day wedding coordinator, service team, luxury cottage for bridal preparation and/or your first night as newlyweds, extra marquee styling, extended two day access and curated vendor packages.
