Wedding Coordinator: I recommend you speak with Alex Tofield, one of our Songbird Wedding Coordinators. I think you will find her a wonderful support, and as she is local to the region, she comes to rehearsals. She would coordinate everything for you on the day, along with our service team.

Catering: Spit Roast Company. Homestyle Catering

Bar:Alfie the Caravan Bar or hire a bar and glasses and a bar manager

Flowers: Orchard Lane Florals. Flora Flowers

Makeup and Hair: Pure Makeup

Photography: John Donaldson Photography is often cheaper as he is just starting out in weddings (he took the photo to the left here at Songbird Retreat) Investment starts from around $2800 for 5 hours of coverage
