    • connection with home - possible photos overlooking Omaha

    • convenience of having a bridal suite for preparations and first evening for the bride and groom

Core Venue experience – $17,995*

Couples come to Songbird Retreat because they don’t want just a venue — they want a space that feels intimate, unhurried, and truly theirs - one they can tailor to suit their style, tastes and family needs.

For $17,995, you’ll have the grounds exclusively for two days so you can prepare and then relax into your wedding, a beautiful marquee beneath the stars for a great dance party, essential furniture and a professional coordinator to bring it all together. It’s the foundation for a wedding that feels as meaningful as your love story.

From the moment you arrive, you'll have the time and space to breathe, surrounded by nature in full bloom and a setting that feels like your own private estate. We've thought through the logistics so you don’t have to — with elegant spaces, thoughtful amenities, and a professional team working quietly behind the scenes to bring everything together. For couples who want to build on this foundation with their own personal style, we offer flexibility to choose the additional elements that bring your vision to life.

The following items are not part of the standard hire — but can easily be added or arranged through our recommended vendors:

  • Overnight stay in the Songbird Cottage - perfect for a relaxed start or romantic wind-down, and also a great place for babysitters to help oversee children at night

    (usually $795 per day/night, for a booking made before November 30, I will reduce the price of the cottage for you to $1300 for two nights)

  • Cocktail furniture - 4 bar leaners, 4 umbrellas, 16 stools $500

  • Dance floor - $600

  • Chiller trailer or commercial catering equipment (approx $500)

  • Full table setting (often offered by caterers), styling, and florals

  • Beverages, bar staff (often offered by caterers), or external caterers

  • Shuttle transport or guest transfers

You’re Almost There! We will be thrilled to officially welcome you to Songbird Retreat! To secure your date, simply follow these steps:

1️⃣ Review & Sign Your Contract

➡️ Sign Your Contract Here and we will respond with a quote, ensuring complete clarity, followed by an invoice

2️⃣ Pay Your Booking Deposit

To confirm your date, a deposit of 30% is required. Please arrange a bank transfer:

Once we receive your signed contract and deposit, your date is officially secured!

NB: should a very exciting addition to your family make an entrance, we will ensure that you can transfer your date to one more suitable)
