ADDITIONAL ADD-ON WEDDING PLANNING PACKAGES

• Full Wedding Planning Includes: Booking of vendors, budget assistance, monthly meetings online, wedding mood boards, full design and styling, collection of items (dress, suit, florals, décor etc), stationery assistance, signage assistance, and anything else that requires to be done in New Zealand. These packages are perfect for overseas couples looking for New Zealand support and assistance, or the busy couples who knows what kind of wedding they want, but do not have the time to plan their wedding.

• Styling: Assisting with sourcing the material you require to implement your design, including colour matching and designing of the marquee and surroundings for Songbird Retreat.

• Set Up: Includes setting up furniture in the morning of your wedding day – setting tables, name tags, table décor, outdoor furniture, cocktail lawn furniture, ceremony area (seating, and arch, and opening the marquee), and removal of the shade cloth and walls.

• Pack Down: Full pack down of the wedding at the end of the night – returning the marquee to the condition where the vendor can collect the following morning, rubbish collection and re-packaging of your items back into the cottage barn for the following day.

• Wedding Assistant: Moving furniture throughout the day to the different areas at Songbird.

Prices are dependent on the number of guests, furniture and hours required, and packages will be priced on a case by case basis.
