Catering: Here are some suggested caterers, many who could create whatever menu you desire
Drinks: BYO - huge savings if you buy yourself on specials.
Entertainment: We provide a dance floor and speakers for Spotify. Other entertainment options are included here.
Photographer: We can connect you with some wonderful high end photographers. You mentioned Jonathan Suckling who we would be delighted to have at Songbird Retreat!
Other vendors: We have wonderful florists, makeup and hair artists and other vendors listed here
Wedding Coordinator and Service Team: Our latest package includes a service team for set up, support and pack down, but does not include the wedding planner, instead allowing you a choice of wedding planners from our recommended list. I think you would love Wildly Madly Deeply who also could do your flowers, but we also have wonderful options who are highly experienced more local and less expensive - you can choose! Other options include the lovely Alex Tofield who is yet to complete her new website.
Songbird Cottage: 1-2 days/nights for bridal suite and/or wedding night. One night is part of the package.

For $14,995, you’ll have the grounds for two days, so there is no rush, with a beautiful marquee beneath the stars, essential furniture, the dance floor…. It’s the foundation for a wedding that feels as meaningful as your love story.

The following items are not part of the standard hire — but can easily be added or arranged through our recommended vendors:

Additional overnight stay in the Songbird Cottage (perfect for a relaxed start or romantic wind-down) (usually $795 per day/night)
Wedding Coordinator (from $1100-$3000+) selected from our recommended coordinators
Songbird arranged Chiller trailer (approx $500)
