Wedding Coordinator: I am excited to find, today, a wedding coordinator who can work at a reduced price and I am able to offer her to a small number of couples having weddings in 2028 for 14 hours on the day before and day of your wedding for only $1000!

Bar:Alfie the Caravan Bar or Some Kind of Wonderful or hire a bar and glasses and a bar manager

For couples who want to build on this foundation with their own personal style, we offer flexibility to choose the additional elements that bring your vision to life.

The following items are not part of the standard hire — but can easily be added or arranged through our recommended vendors:

  • Wedding Coordinator Must be selected from our partner list (see above)

  • Full table setting (often offered by caterers), styling, and florals

  • Beverages, bar staff (often offered by caterers), or external caterers

  • Shuttle transport or guest transfers

Making Songbird Yours: BOOKING AND PAYMENT DETAILS

Your Investment: $14,995 incl GST

Inclusions: Marquee, Furniture, Luxury Facilities, Equipment

Additional Inclusions: 20 hours Wedding Coordinator - $1000; Songbird Cottage additional night valued at $595

Deposit: 30% on booking, 20% payable in 5 months, 50% payable 3 months before event

Refundable Bond: $1000 payable 3 months before the event and refunded soon after
